Jazz:Re:Found è un evento totalmente cashless. Il braccialetto che hai al polso serve per accedere ai varchi e per pagare tutti i servizi di somministrazione cibo, bevande ed experience.

Cerca i punti di ricarica (top up) e accredita sul bracciale la somma che desideri, al momento dell'acquisto ti verrà scalato il costo del prodotto. Scarica l'app ufficiale di JZ:RF per ricaricare autonomamente il tuo bracciale collegando la tua carta di credito.

Sarà possibile chiedere il rimborso dell'eventuale credito residuo sul bracciale attraverso la nostra app e attraverso un form presente sul nostro sito e sui canali social, dal 2 al 15 settembre. Il bonifico avrà il costo di 1€ e sarà effettuato sul conto corrente indicato nel form. I tempi di espletamento della pratica possono richiedere fino a 30 giorni.

Per ridurre il volume e l'impatto dei rifiuti, JZ:RF utilizza eco-bicchieri personali e riutilizzabili. Con l'acquisto del primo drink verrà addebitata una cauzione di 1€ che sarà direttamente restituita sul bracciale alla riconsegna del bicchiere.

Jazz:Re:Found Is a totally cashless event. The bracelet you have on your wrist is used to access the gates and to pay for all the catering services, food, drinks, and experiences.

Find the top-up points and charge the bracelet with the amount you want, at the time of purchase the cost of the product/service will be deducted. Download the official JZ:RF app to independently top up your bracelet by connecting your credit card.

It will be possible to request a refund of any remaining credit on the bracelet through our app and through a form on our website and social media channels, from 2 to 15 september. The transfer will cost €1 and will be made to the current account indicated in the form. The processing times for the procedure may take up to 30 days.

To reduce the volume and impact of waste, JZ:RF uses personal and reusable eco-cups. With the purchase of the first drink, a deposit of €1 will be charged, which will be directly returned to the bracelet when the cup is returned.
